Data storage |
Your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the above purposes or until consent is withdrawn. However, the Enterprise may need to store such data for a longer period to be able to fulfil the responsibilities arising from its processing during the limitation period of the actions that may arise from it, as well as, where appropriate, to exercise or defend any claims. The Enterprise undertakes to process and collect personal data: In a lawful, fair and transparent manner, in an appropriate, relevant way and limited to what is necessary, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data, and for as long as necessary. |

Recipient of transfers |
Your data may be transferred to companies of the Inmocemento Group for the purposes of Article 42 of the Commercial Code. Some of these companies (or those subcontracted by Inmocemento) may be located outside the European Economic Area or in a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection in accordance with the European Commission - thus leading to an International Transfer (IDT). Such IDT shall be controlled by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or the terms and conditions of Article 49 GDPR), ensuring the security of your data, exclusively for the same purposes as above.
