The FCC Group's Real Estate Area operates in three main lines of business: Property, Land Development and Management.

The Property Business, with a rental floor area of more than 550,000 m2, focuses its activity on the leasing and management of 28 office buildings located in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville, 6 Shopping and Leisure Centres in Guadalajara, Madrid, Murcia and Santiago de Compostela, an industrial building in Logroño, and more than 400 commercial premises throughout the Spanish mainland. It also has 3 residential assets for rent, comprising 280 homes and their attachments, in the town of Tres Cantos (Madrid).

The Development Business focuses its activity on the development and sale of real estate products (mainly housing) and currently has developments underway in the provinces of Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Malaga, Seville, and the Canary Islands.

Land Management: Urban management of land at different stages of urban development, located in Andalusia, Aragon, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Castilla la Mancha, Catalonia, Madrid, Valencia, Galicia, Canary Islands, Murcia, and the Basque Country. Outside Spain, in Croatia, the United Kingdom and Romania.
